Melissa is the Owner of Polished Salon & Polished Nail Academy. She has over 25 years of experience in the industry, doing nails since 1990. She is a Certified Swarovski Nail Technician, Profiles Educator & Profiles Backstage distributor.
Melissa loves this industry and has a passion for learning the new fun trends. Her love for the business encouraged her to open the Academy. "You can have your cake & eat it too!"
Christen – Assistant to Melissa Goodson
Christen is the dedicated assistant to Melissa, bringing a blend of organization, creativity, and reliability to every project. With a strong background in administrative support and a natural talent for communication, she helps keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Christen plays a vital role in coordinating schedules, managing details, and supporting event planning and execution with precision and professionalism.
Addison is a Polished Nail Academy Graduate. She has been around the industry her entire life. (She is Melissa’s daughter) She is a Senior in high school, president of the student body, Varsity cheer captain and part time Nail Tech. She is excited to see where her nail journey takes her, when she goes off to college!
